Fox News’ Sean Hannity mocked as his claims of Joe Biden 'clinging' to Jill Biden while climbing Air Force One backfire
WASHINGTON, DC: On Tuesday, November 28, President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden made their way to Georgia to attend a memorial service for former First Lady, Rosalynn Carter. Melania Trump, Michelle Obama, Laura Bush, and Hillary Clinton were also present, as reported by BBC News.
Amid news pouring in about the memorial service in Georgia, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share an article from his official website where Hannity reported on President Biden making his way to the service.
Biden and FLOTUS climbed onto Air Force One for their travel, and the Fox News anchor claimed that Biden appeared to “cling to” his wife on the steps. The Internet, however, was not impressed with Hannity's claims and he faced backlash on social media.
