Fox News' Pete Hegseth accuses Biden admin of 'bothsidesism' as POTUS expresses concern over attacks on Palestinian civilians
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On the latest episode of Fox News' 'The Five', Pete Hegseth went on a furious rant against the Biden administration after President Joe Biden expressed concerns over the humanitarian crisis in Gaza that has led to the deaths of thousands of Palestinians.
Hegseth slammed the administration for failing to take a single side during the ongoing conflict and supported Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision to protect the nation's citizens before anything else.
Pete Hegseth calls out Biden admin's bothsidesism
Fox News' Pete Hegseth disapproved of President Joe Biden staggering from his direct pro-Israel statement that he made a few days ago.
"What we saw from the podium today was a reflection of an instinct from this administration from the very beginning, which is bothsidesism," said Hegseth.
He added, "You saw the tweet deleted from the Palestinian office inside Jerusalem. You saw the statement from Blinken that was pulled back about both sides' restraint. That's the instinct of the modern Democrat Party."

The Fox News corresponded went on to compare the current administration to the one under former President Donald Trump's leadership.
"This referendum is about which administration would handle it properly. You've got the Trump administration with no wars and none of these incursions and peace, vis-a-vis now two open land wars that we are trying to steer in a direction and doing so very poorly," claimed Hegseth.
Pete Hegseth defends Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's military response
Pete Hegseth also demanded that President Joe Biden be more clear about the actions America can take concerning the Israel-Hamas conflict.
"By the way, we have US hostages in Gaza, United States citizens in Gaza. It should be Joe Biden only at the podium saying, 'Hamas, try it and you'll find out.', 'Egypt, we don't want civilian casualties. Take them. Take them now.' You are supposed to be a partner in all of this," stated Hegseth.

Moreover, the Fox News correspondent came to the defense of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu aka Bibi Netanyahu, who proceeded with immediate military response to the Hamas attacks.
Hegseth noted, "Because Bibi Netanyahu has to do what he has to do to secure his people. He has an impossible situation considering what Hamas has done, considering the hostages it has, the tunnel system, the built-in fortified defense, and the international community just waiting to broadcast.
"Then, the administration prepared to jump into the bothsidesism that you saw already today," continued the 'Fox & Friends Weekend' co-host.
Hegseth further added, "I hope Bibi Netanyahu does what his country needs and doesn't listen to Pro-Palestinian millennials inside the State Department and the White House whose reflex is to be Pro-Palestinian at this point and not Pro-Israel."
