Fox News' Jesse Watters makes bizarre analogy about Donald Trump after advising on how to treat voters
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Jesse Watters made a bizarre analogy about former president Donald Trump as he compared him to a "contractor with a bad attitude".
While on 'The Five', the host led up to the conversation by proposing that voters for the 2024 election be given the same treatment he gives women.
Jesse Watters scares co-hosts over his comment on women
The hosts were discussing the demographics of voters based on a New York Times poll, focusing specifically on Black voters' support for Trump over Joe Biden, when the baton was passed to Watters.
"I think we should be treating voters the way I treat women," he went on to say, right after Pirro commented on Black Americans preferring Trump.
Watters then received hollers of concern from host Judge Jeanine Pirro and Harold Ford Jr. Ford Jr also seemed to be saying, "Hold on, don't say that," assuming Watters was going to make an offensive statement.
But he then continued, "Which is: I don't tell them what they are feeling is wrong."
Co-host Dana Perino responded to that by saying, "Good answer," while Greg Gutfeld let out a loud laugh.
Watters is notorious for cheating on his wife with a colleague whom he had approached by slashing her car's tires to get the chance to talk. His former colleague Emma Watters is now his wife.
Jesse Watters compares Trump-Biden terms to contractors
The host then presented his bizarre analogy as he compared Donald Trump and Joe Biden to two different kinds of contractors.
"When it comes to Trump...He's like a contractor with a horrible attitude," Watters said, "Comes into your house, place probably smells like smoke, rude to everybody at the house. His car probably runs over your grass a little bit."
He continued, "But you know what, Judge? He remodels the kitchen like a genius. Your wife is thrilled! It looks spectacular."
He then gave a contrasting picture of Biden as a contractor as he said, "Joe Biden? Comes in late and over budget. And that's why people don't like him. Can't get results."
This has been a consistent take that the Fox News hosts seem to be obsessing over. Only recently, Gutfeld made a similar remark about Trump's personality as well.
