NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: A Secret Service agent fired off his gun at some carjackers attempting to break into a vehicle near Naomi Biden's house and went on to gain major criticism from all over the country, including Fox News' 'The Five'.

As one who previously dealt with crime closely, Judge Jeanine Pirro also shared reasons why the agent's move is questionable in terms of the regulations they have to follow.

Judge Pirro claims Naomi Biden's agent was not allowed to use firearm

On November 12, three people who are assumed to be carjackers were spotted trying to break into a government vehicle by the Secret Service agents at the house of Hunter Biden's daughter Naomi.

One of the agents went on to open fire at the carjackers but according to their statement, they were not successful in hitting either of them.

Pirro brought up the guidelines for Homeland Security which also covers the Secret Service, noting that the agent was not allowed to open fire during the incident.

"A cop can only use deadly physical force including a Secret Service officer, when it is objectively reasonable and that is when he was confronted with deadly physical force," the judge said.

She continued, "Now let's assume that this Secret Service agent, since he didn't hit anybody and might not have been to the training for his firearm for a while, you can only, in terms of Secret Service, issue a warning shot when you have a special written permit from the chief of police in that jurisdiction, who would be the Chief of Police of Maryland."

Judge Pirro condemns Secret Service agents for failing at their job

The judge then went on to give her criticisms for all of Secret Service, bringing up other instances where they were involved.

"Now we know that the Secret Service doesn't necessarily follow the rules that they are obligated to. We know that they're incapable of identifying fingerprints on cocaine found in the White House. We know they love the Bidens because they extricated a gun that Hunter's girlfriend left in the garbage can near the school."

"It's a joke," she added, "The whole thing is a joke."
