NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Jessica Tarlov, a prominent figure on Fox News' evening show 'The Five,' has stepped forward to refute allegations suggesting the American government's involvement in the Hamas attacks on Israel that escalated into a conflict.

Additionally, she criticized the current state of social media platforms for permitting the proliferation of numerous false narratives in recent days regarding the ongoing conflict.

Tarlov also discussed the challenges associated with national intelligence agencies that have been engaged in the transmission of information regarding the anticipated Hamas attack originating from Gaza.

Jessica Tarlov praises Mossad but questions approach to Iran intel

While hosting 'The Five,' Jessica Tarlov commended the Israeli intelligence organization, but she also raised questions about potential shortcomings, considering that they had received intelligence from Egypt regarding a potential attack a considerable time before the events unfolded.

Tarlov said, "The intelligence failure is not only abysmal but also one of the most confusing things I have ever seen. Mossad is the best. I say this with incredible pride in the American intelligence forces. They would even tell you that when you want something done, Mossad knows how to do it, and it raises questions."

She then went on to add, "There is a report that came out earlier today, and the Israeli Ambassador was on Neil Cavuto's show. Egypt had reached out about 10 days ago that 'We have been hearing rumblings about something coming', and that they were surprised by how disinterested Netanyahu was in it. The Ambassador pushed back on that. This is an interesting thread to follow."

Jessica Tarlov addresses the $6 billion question

Many have speculated whether the Iranian government was fueled by the recently approved $6 billion sanction waiver from the American government to support the Hamas attack.

As the designated Democrat on the show, Tarlov proceeded to disprove this claim.

"The $6 billion is not American taxpayer money. That is false," she argued, "It is from Iranian oil sales to South Korea and was being held in Guam. It has now been moved to a Qatari bank account which is being overseen by U.S. Treasury officials, and the Qatari government. Not a single dollar has been moved out of that account. As John Kirby mentioned, the funds can be refrozen at any moment."

Tarlov also criticized Elon Musk for the spread of misinformation on X, formerly known as Twitter.

"There is so much misinformation now on Twitter. I put that on Elon Musk. Eric Trump posted a video of rockets, saying that this is what happens when you give them $6 billion. It's actually from a lepo in Syria from 2020. He took an old image and said this is what you get."

While concluding, she stated, "So, fix the internet but also don't blame the American government for this. These are not American dollars and none of it was spent."
