Fox News anchor Sean Hannity receives flak for posting video of Joe Biden forgetting to unplug his earpiece

The internet comes to Joe Biden's defense as they dig up an incident from 2021, where Sean Hannity was caught vaping on live TV

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In a recent press conference, Joe Biden walked away with his earpiece still intact, and Fox News anchor Sean Hannity, posted a clip of the incident on Twitter.

Off late, a majority of Hannity’s coverage on ‘Hannity Special,’ as well as his Twitter and website includes the POTUS and his son, Hunter Biden. After Hannity took to Twitter with this particular video of Biden, he received severe backlash from the internet.

The internet refused to find Hannity’s tweet about Biden “amusing” as the Fox News anchor jests about POTUS forgetting to take off his earpiece before he walked away from the press conference.

The Fox News anchor’s clip on Twitter was barely 20 seconds. It consisted of Joe Biden addressing the press, walking away with an earpiece, pausing for a moment when he realized he still had it on, laughing it off, and then walking away again.

Sean Hannity tweeted this video and wrote, “Biden Forgets To Unplug Earpiece After "Press Conference."”

Internet slams Sean Hannity as they defend Joe Biden

The internet has dug up an incident from 2021, when Sean Hannity was caught vaping on air after he thought they had cut for a commercial break, according to People Magazine. One person wrote, “Kind of like when you were dragging on your Vape while on air?”

Some people have slammed Hannity’s reporting as one person wrote, “So what? Slow News Day?” and another tweeted, “Hannity forgot that he has a responsibility as a broadcaster to tell the truth about Trump.”

Joe Biden’s supporters have come to his defense after Hannity’s tweet as one person wrote, “More pressing things on his mind? That never happens to you. He’s not even thinking about the performance. A working guy. #Biden,” and another said, “I don't find this amusing, making fun of old people with health problems which are quite common is unacceptable Sean.”

Hannity has also been labeled “pathetic” by some as one person tweeted, “When I used to listen to you before Trump waddled in, you used to always complain that lefty's were sitting in their mom's basement in their underwear listening to every word you said, hoping you'd flub. Now that's basically what you're reduced to. Pathetic, Sean, PATHETIC!”
