When Gus first entered the house he could not stop gushing about his girlfriend Lisa Burns but things have changed. In the previous episode, Gus made it clear that he could not go on with the relationship as he was tired of thinking of himself as the bad guy. He thought that Lisa was not being the person who he could look up to for support and this led him to make the big decision.

However, Gus decided to not let this get into his way of having fun. The reality star decided to bring the old party Gus back and enjoy the night away. At first, he finds it difficult to wrap his head around what had happened but thanks to Kirk, Gus knew just how to get right back on track.

Kirk helped Gus to find a girl as he brought the bartender, Brooke to come and talk to Gus. All the other cast members also helped him cheer up and soon, there was no turning back. The bartender invited Gus to take some shots and the two got into the groove of taking shots continuously.

This was just the start of the old Gus coming back to life. Gus spent the night away dancing and interacting with other girls. Previously, fans had encouraged Gus to break up with Lisa as they thought she wasn't fit to be with him. They were quick to comment that Gus deserved to be with someone who understood him.

Problems between Lisa and Gus started increasing after she got upset that Gus could not be there for her birthday. She confessed that she felt Gus wasn't taking her as a priority. Despite constant efforts of making Lisa understand that it wasn't the case, she could not come to terms with the fact that Gus did not plan anything special for her birthday.

However, the final call the two exchanged was the last straw in their relationship as Gus decided to call off things. Despite this, it looks like he is ready to enjoy his days in the house as a single man.

'Floribama Shore' airs on Thursdays at 8 pm on MTV.
