'Floribama Shore': Fans get frustrated with Gus as he continues his beef with Jeremiah
Gus and Jeremiah had a falling out a couple of episodes ago but it looks like they both are having a hard time accepting each other as friends again. The whole beef started when Gus was not happy to see Jeremiah taking the side of a stranger when he spoke ill about Floribama boys. Gus had expected Jeremiah to be by his side but was proven wrong.
The two were about to hit each other but were stopped by the crew. Ever since then, a series of instances involving the two started where Gus would often speak against Jeremiah to other cast members. He previously spoke to Kirk and Codi about how Jeremiah and his brother had damaged his car and were insecure about him being in a relationship at that time.
However, many thought that Gus had crossed a line when the cast went for dinner after a dodgeball game. Gus and Jeremiah were in separate teams and Gus was on the winning side. The winning side was being awarded a free dinner by the losing team and Jeremiah ended up taking tab for Gus. While he was happy to do so, he wasn't pleased to see that Gus had ordered many things.
But it wasn't the same for Gus. He did not think he did anything wrong but fans are of the view that Gus has been inconsiderate about Jeremiah and is only thinking about himself. "Well I think that Gus is a terrible example of who one would want his son to grow up to be... a womanizer..self centered.. arrogant and then to top off he tried to take adv of his prize by ordering so much. What a baby. Oh ..And ungrateful," wrote one fan.
Meanwhile, others were not happy that Gus did not take advice from his friend, Mattie Lynn Breaux when she asked him not to talk to Jeremiah the way he was. "Before Matty tried to tell him (and all at the table) to be real and don't talk behind Jeremiahs back, and he did it to her. That's Low but Gus is for sure looking to get lower than that...," another fan remarked.
While it is unknown how long will their beef go on, one thing that has been clear since their argument started is that fans are not happy to see how Gus has been behaving.
'Floribama Shore' airs on Thursdays at 8 pm on ET on MTV.
