'Flipping 101 W/ Tarek El Moussa' has returned with Season 2 on HGTV and it has only been two episodes since its premiere but the fans have not been forgiving. In this week's episode, he helps another batch of novice designers get a good margin on the profit but not before he judges their work severely and suggests improvements.

However, he did understand the challenges that the pandemic has brought with it because the team couldn't physically be present at the worksite at all times owing to the social distancing guidelines. When Tarek went in for a final inspection to see if the house was ready for open houses, he found out that the much-discussed triple pane window needed some work because some of it was coming off. Also, he shared that the tile grout finishing was not perfect.

But, it was not all bad news for the designers as Tarek shared with them that the prices of the house have started to go up so there's a chance that the designers can make profits from the renovation work. Interestingly, the reno work saw a lot of potential buyers who couldn't stop themselves from appreciating the beauty of the house and how tastefully it was done up.

A woman was intrigued by the kitchen island and loved that the stove was touch-sensitive but fans not so much. They pointed out that putting stove tops on islands is unnecessary because people often sit on islands.

"Why do people put stove tops on islands that people will be sitting at? I wouldn’t be comfortable sitting that close to a stove with food cooking - especially wouldn’t want kids sitting there," a fan commented on HGTV's official page, to which another responded: "I agree!!! Plus, I do not want a sink in my island!"

"Agree - my opinion - the idea of an island is to provide casual seating as well as an extra prep space. I don’t want food cooking in front of me or water splashing near me," another echoed.
