A Tennessee man who exposed himself to KFC customers and laughed while masturbating in front of them was arrested on Tuesday for the 25th time. On New Year's Day, law enforcement authorities chased down 30-year-old Michael Birdsong in a hot pursuit that ultimately ended in the bathroom of a Wendy's restaurant in Memphis.
Birdsong caught the attention of a disgusted mother after she pulled into the parking lot of the fried chicken brand's ranch on Poplar near Danny Thomas road, Daily Mail reports.
