'Fix My Flip': Fans laud Page Turner for walking away from a bad business decision
The latest episode of 'Fix my Flip' saw Page Turner honing her talent for flipping houses once again. The real estate broker and house-flipping expert helps some of Southern California's confused and overwhelmed flippers, as she pitches in with her innovative ideas to cut costs on home refurbishing.
Turner was at a new fix this time around. The owners of the house that needed flipping didn't take up any expenses to keep the place in stellar condition. Instead, they left the property abandoned for six months prior to approaching the real estate broker! In addition, the owners are still paying monthly carrying costs while probably waiting for permits. The couple was also seemingly alright with their decision to spend $375k for a $100k return. Heights of poorly thought of decisions!

Turner also walked away from a couple who didn't second her on her plan, wanting to go back to their original idea of house-flipping; one that didn't work! Here's what fans are saying after watching Turner walk away from a bad business decision.
One fan said, "Watching this couple really blow it on #FixMyFlip... wow", while another said, "I honestly think they just wanted to be on tv, because this makes no business sense. #FixMyFlip".
