With the charming Ty Pennington as the host, each challenge will have a different judge selecting the winners. And who better to judge competing home makeover show hosts than other hosts! Enter Page Turner, host of 'Flip or Flop Nashville', who will be judging living room and foyer transformations.
So, who exactly is Page Turner? Here's what we know about the seasoned realtor and entrepreneur.

Turner was dating her co-host, DeRon Jenkins, for quite a while

It's not always that people manage to maintain friendships with their exes, let alone work together. However, Turner and her co-host, former professional athlete turned contractor DeRon Jenkins, prove that they are an exception to this rule. The pair met in 2008 and dated for around 5 years before calling it splits. However, over the years, they maintained their friendship and realised that even though they weren't great as a couple, they worked well as a team. In an article by HGTV, Turner implied that their time as a couple helped them understand each other as colleagues. “We work off of each other really well,” Page said, talking about their dynamic. “I know exactly what makes him tick, he knows exactly what makes me tick and we get all the work done.”

She is a single mother

Apart from being an entrepreneur and a host, Turner is also a mother of three daughters. Zaire happens to the oldest of the trio while Qai and Quincy are twins. Not much is known about the father of her children. Her children are well into their early twenties, seeing that Zaire and Quincy graduated college in 2018 and 2019 respectively, as reported by Live RampUp.

She has a net worth of ...

Turner is the epitome of 'make it till you break it'. Having been in the real estate business for over a decade, there's a little she hasn't dealt with over the course of her career. She wears many hats, as per her website she identifies as an 'Entrepreneur Extraordinaire, Principal Broker, Business Development Coach, Vision Strategist and founder of EGAP Real Estate and LIFE-Changers, Int’l™'. So it comes as no surprise that her current net worth is estimated to be $3 million.

Watch season 2 of 'Rock The Block' on Mondays at 9 pm ET/PT on HGTV and you can stream the same on Discovery+.
