Family mourns as pet Chihuahua dies in blazing camper van after jumping in to save owner and 3-year-old girl
The brave little pooch had no idea that the owner and child were rescued just seconds ago and jumped into the camper van to try and save them but ended up dying in the explosion
A family has been left devastated after their pet Chihuahua Coco tragically passed away in a burning van while trying to rescue its owner and her three-year-old daughter.
The family was on a road trip on their way to Scotland to ring in the New Year when their camper van started to release a lot of smoke from the engine on the motorway. Dan Farrant was able to get his three sons out of the blazing van but his wife Cara Farrant and their three-year-old baby girl were briefly stuck inside when the passenger door got jammed as flames licked the windows.
