A new study has found that eating one egg a day will probably lower the risk of type two diabetes. The findings from a university located in Finland is the latest to add fuel to the controversial debate on whether eggs are good for people with diabetes or are bad and raise the risk of contracting the disease. Earlier studies have presented both sides of the debate in detail but the latest controversial report has stated that eggs are a good food source when it comes to risk-prevention.
