'Dynasty' Season 3 Episode 5 review: Fallon gets back to business and stirs up a major rivalry with Kirby

The series of deceits, web of false promises, major rivalries and heartbreaks continues with this episode and until the mess between Fallon and Liam is sorted, nothing will really go forward.

The last episode of 'Dynasty' ended on a suspenseful note with the possibility of Adam going blind. That didn't happen but his health troubles did help him get more attention from Blake and the two even developed a great father-son rapport.

Just as Adam was feeling happy about all the time Blake was spending with him, Cristal suggested for them to hire a nurse to take care of Adam. Blake thought it was a good idea as he could face prison time again and there would be no one to take care of Adam. However, it did create a distance between the father-son pair and the new nurse Nadia had to bear the brunt of it. Even though she was a thorough professional, Adam gave her a hard time just because she was hired by Cristal.

Fallon, on the other hand, needs to move on from Liam after he made it clear that he wants some time and space from her. To put her mind elsewhere, she started getting back to business and tried to buy back Femperial from Kirby. She was even willing to pay two million dollars for the company, but to no avail. When nothing seemed to work out, Fallon sought help from Evan. He was a lawyer who had tried to put her behind the bars earlier, but Fallon was ready to forget it all.

To get her way, she went into the premises of Femperial and threw Kirby's belongings down the street. She even hatched a plan to attend the opening of La Mirage just so she could humiliate her. Her plans worked well enough for Kirby to be shamed. Kirby accused Fallon of doing it all just because of Liam. She was right and Fallon realized she had to return all his things.

She went over to Liam's place with his stuff and said, "I love you but I am really moving on this time," and he replied, "It's probably for the best." Soon after biding goodbye, she went back to Evan and kissed him.

Meanwhile, Jeff finally told his mother, Dominique, that he was suffering from neurotoxicity, and he could die soon. His mother, however, continued to tell lies. The series of deceits, web of false promises, major rivalries and heartbreaks continues with this episode and until the mess between Fallon and Liam is sorted, nothing will.
