You may know him as Liam Ridley from 'Dynasty', but Adam Huber is the green-eyed hunk anyone would fall in love with. In The CW series, he plays a privileged journalist and the love interest of Fallon Carrington, played by Elizabeth Gillies.

Heir to millions, he is humble, good-natured and genuine despite his insane, egocentric family and affluent upbringing. Initially, a recurring character through seasons one and two, he was soon promoted to a series regular for the third season. Shedding light to his role in the series and spilling the beans on what to expect from the show, he confessed in an exclusive interview with MEA WorldWide (MEAWW), "I feel like I can ask more questions and be a little more hands-on with the character now."

In an interview, you said Liam is one of the only 'real' characters on the show. Do you think the insanity of others will get to Liam in the future or will you be able to suppress the heightened melodrama and drive them to the Zen mode you possess in the series?

I think a little bit of each. Because let's be honest, the craziness and the heightened melodrama are what make the show the show. I think Liam might end up getting a little more involved in the drama and get his toes a little more wet with it, but deep down, he is still that guy that's just trying to be nice and leave the world a better place. He's a kind-hearted good-willed guy.

You also said that "the character just kind of happened episode by episode and fans seem to really like Fallon and Liam together." But now that fans have developed certain expectations from their favorite couple, do you make a deliberate attempt to prepare for your role? Tell us about the additional groundwork you did before shooting the third season.

Not really. Liz and I love working together. We both know what we're doing and what our relationship is to each other in the show. But we also wonder where our storyline is going together. Because we honestly aren't told too much info in advance to what we are currently shooting. I also don't like adding things that we don't know because the writers may have something completely different. I just take the facts and what I know about Liam and his life and build my backstory deeper based on that information. Then I found out I had amnesia in season three, so I just tried to kinda forget about everything that happened between Fallon and me. I just did research on amnesia patients and the struggles they face. It can be a very confusing and emotional time for people. So I dived a little deeper into understanding the effects of amnesia.

The amnesia storyline grabbed many eyeballs this season and the fall finale hinted that Liam's memory finally came back. What challenges did you face while portraying it on screen? Many fans complained that it was stretched a bit too far. What are your thoughts on that?

Yeah, it was definitely tough, but it was also fun to play with. You have Fallon, my mom, and Ashley all telling me different things, and you don't know who to believe. And it's hard to believe someone that you have no recollection of. But it also created some really sweet moments between Fallon and I. He had to fall in love with her all over again. And then remembering things about her and the way they made him feel emotionally all without having knowledge of the person was fun to play. Amnesia can last a long time in people. So, I don't think it was stretched out too much. I think the fans just got frustrated and were like "Just remember her already and be back together." I get what the writers did, and I get where the fans are coming from.

The character has been a fan favorite since his very first appearance. Will he be Fallon's true love and marry her this season to finally become one of the leads in the future? Or will Culhane or Evan come to destroy their strong connection?

I honestly don't know. Their relationship is going pretty strong right now. I don't want to give out any spoilers, but a wedding is in the midst for someone this season. I don't know what the writers have in store for us. I hope they keep us together. Every world deserves a good powerful couple to look up too.

You earlier said you would like the showrunners to delve deeper into Liam's backstory. Do you think there's a chance it might happen this season and if yes, what is the most shocking aspect of his life that viewers should look forward to?

It definitely happens. There was mention that Liam has a kid somewhere in the world. So, you can expect that to come into play for a few episodes. And both Liam and Fallon have a hard time navigating what to do about it.

Tell us about your dynamic with other cast members on the show. With whom do you share the closest bond on sets?

We all get along really well. I mean, I work mostly with Liz, so we have a pretty great bond. Grant and I play golf all the time together. It's a massive cast, but we all really enjoy each other's company and working with one another. We all go get dinner sometimes and have little get-togethers. That's nice because sometimes you don't interact with other people in the cast that much because of storylines. It's been a lot of fun making new friendships that I will take with me for life.

The actor, who has also been seen in a handful of Lifetime movies including 'Blood, Sweat, and Lies', 'Room for Murder,' and 'Nanny Surveillance', added, "I would love to do a movie or something while I am on hiatus. I think some really great stuff is on the horizon for me and my career."
