A disturbing CCTV footage of a three-year-old boy who had acid thrown on him in a busy supermarket has now been released.
On July 21 last year, the youngster, who cannot be named for legal reasons, sustained severe burns to his face and arm at a Home Bargains store in Worchester, Daily Mail reports.
The injured child allegedly screamed "I hurt" repeatedly after being struck by acid in the attack plotted by his 40-year-old father along with six others. The store's CCTV video captured the incident and was shown to jurors on Thursday. During the attack, the child is seen standing with his brother as they check out toy footballs.
