'Dr Pimple Popper': Dr Lee changes the life of an Uber driver with an 'extra nose' in another successful surgery
Dr Sandra Lee never hesitates to take on a task that challenges her and this time, it so happened that she was given the opportunity to help someone suffering from an abnormal growth.
Dr Lee met David when she booked an Uber but she never thought she would be helping him out instead.
David had come to pick up Dr Lee and when she first laid her eyes on him she thought that she was being pranked by someone.
She tried to look around for cameras to see if this was some kind of joke as she thought she was in a situation where a man was pretending to be suffering from abnormal growth and cameras were set up to see how she would react.
However, when she spoke to David she realized that she was wrong. Dr Lee then went on to ask David if he knew who she was and later offered to help him with his growth on the nose that David referred to as an "extra nose".
David felt pleased and instantly took her on the offer. Speaking to the camera, David revealed that the only person he is close to is his daughter but he hadn't spoken to her in about two-and-a-half years because he did not want to show her how he looked.
He thought she would grow worried about him and to stop that from happening, he pushed her away. However, before the surgery, he decided to reconnect with her and show how his face looked.
David's daughter broke down crying but added that she was happy to know that Dr Lee chanced upon him and agreed to help him.
She told him that the condition that he had was Rhinophyma and could be taken care of. She also realized that David had a growth near his eyes and she was concerned about it but decided to first tackle the nose.
Dr Lee was able to work on the nose perfectly and while the surgery was successful, she later told David about the growth that was growing near his eyes. She told him that it is a type of skin cancer and agreed to help him with it.
