'Dr Pimple Popper' Season 9: Where is Nhan now? Dr Sandra Lee and Dr Arisa Ortiz tag-team to tackle patient's port wine stain
UPLAND, CALIFORNIA: Nhan's birthmark with a port-wine stain has "destroyed everything he could have in life." He seeks the assistance of laser specialist Dr Arisa Ortiz on 'Dr Pimple Popper' in an attempt to have it removed.
Last year, harsh trolls labeled an Australian mother a "monster" for opting to laser off her baby's face birthmark, but she maintains she did it to heal her child.
Brooke Atkins, 33, of the Gold Coast, saw that her son Kingsley had a big "port-wine" mark covering half of his face.
"When he was firstborn, we were referred to the Queensland Children's Hospital dermatology and vascular department, where they organize the first treatment and explain in further details why laser would be important," she explained at the time.
Who is Nhan on 'Dr Pimple Popper' Season 9?
A man with a port-wine stain birthmark spanning half of his face has undergone a laser procedure characterized as "torture" in a desperate final attempt to erase the maroon-red blemish.
A man named Nhan said on the August 23 episode of the season finale of 'Dr Pimple Popper,' which aired tonight at 9 pm ET, that he has given up hope of having his enormous red birthmark fixed.
Birthmarks with a port-wine stain are normally innocuous, but if they appear on the face, particularly above the eye, they have been associated with glaucoma and Sturge-Weber Syndrome.
This can result in convulsions and other impairments, whereas glaucoma can result in blindness.
"I don't really trust doctors no more," he said to Debbie, a close friend. "I've just lost hope, you know?" Debbie, on the other hand, is adamant that Nhan seek therapy, especially because his birthmark has already "destroyed everything that he could have in life."
"I strongly feel that Nhan got cheated," she stated. "He has a big heart, and he doesn't deserve any of that."

What happened to Nhan on 'Dr Pimple Popper' Season 9?
After being persuaded to act, he went to laser expert Dr Ortiz for the agonizing treatment, which he was kept awake for.
"A laser-like this could be a form of torture," stated Dr Sandra Lee. "There is this heat that's generated, and it feels like if you let your best friend take a slingshot and just shoot at you point-blank."
Nhan, on the other hand, heroically withstood the discomfort. While the process appears simple, Dr Lee insisted that it is complicated owing to a variety of factors, such as the patient's complexion and age.
Nhan endured extremely painful laser process to removed port-wine stain
Because of the birthmark, Nhan had a difficult childhood. The season finale, which included a difficult port wine stain, left viewers disappointed.
Nahn is an invigorating breath of fresh air. A male patient who has gone to seek assistance rather than simply sitting back and doing nothing.
Nhan enlisted the help of a tag team to remove his port wine stain. Nahn had no pain relief other than numbing cream.
It was amazing how the doctors removed these pimples gently, bump by bump. After this office visit, he needed to relax and heal. Fans are now hoping that when his port wine stain is healed, he will psychologically improve.
The follow-up with Nhan was just what popaholics crave. His port wine had damaged his lip, which had to be raised. That is incredible. Dr Ortiz does miracles. All of those humps have vanished. With his lip elevated, he can speak more clearly.
