'Double Shot At Love': Suzi questions Marissa and Derynn's friendship, will the girls leave the house divided?
Marissa Lucchese and Derynn Paige had their differences in the latest season of the show. Derynn hinted that she did not look at relationships like Marissa saw them and it led to an argument between the girls. Marissa assumed that Derynn was calling her a h**. However, it was not the case.
The two sat down to discuss what had happened and finally went back to resuming their friendship the way it was. However, the July 30 episode brought some of the old memories back on the table after Suzi Baidya reminded Marissa what a bad friend Derynn has been. The argument started when Suzi accused Derynn of being a b***h and someone who spoke behind people's back.
The cast members knew it was best not to comment on the situation because they had seen Suzi saying things without thinking whenever she was drunk. However, when she continued to speak ill about Derynn, Marissa decided to jump into the conversation to end the discussion. Unfortunately, her help did not make a difference as she was dragged into the drama as well.
Suzi tried to remind Marissa how Derynn had not been a good friend to her throughout the show. However, this did not go as planned. Marissa and Derynn tried to bring Suzi down when she did not end the conversation. The cast members seemed divided when it came to choosing a side. While some thought Suzi was right to speak up, others believed it was wrong of her to bring back something that had been resolved. The fight definitely ruined the dynamic that the girls shared with each other. Despite this, after the latest episode, Marissa hinted that Suzi and she were in a good place.
I get where Suzi is coming from trying to have my back but what she didn’t know was that it was already spoken about and over. Just old news that didn’t need to be brought up again. But i do love her for trying to have my back& calling out the bullshit #DoubleShotAtLove

I think Suzi voiced herself too little too late. The issues was already dealt with between Marissa and Derynn. Yes, what Derynn said was fucked up. I also just think Suzi had her own feelings towards Derynn’s side comments that night. #Doubleshotatlove

Meanwhile, cast member Maria Elizondo also reflected on what had happened and wrote, "I think Suzi voiced herself too little too late. The issues were already dealt with between Marissa and Derynn. Yes, what Derynn said was f****d up. I also just think Suzi had her own feelings towards Derynn’s side comments that night."
While it looks like the girls have sorted things out after the show, will the rest of the episode reflect this love or will the house be a nightmare after this fight?
'Double Shot At Love' airs on Thursdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
