'Double Shot At Love': Nikki says she still loves Pauly, will she try to reignite the flame that died?
Nikki Hall made a return for the second season but things may not be what she had expected. When Nikki first made an appearance in Season 1, she had her eyes set on Pauly D. She knew he was the one and did not hesitate to make it clear to him or the other girls. She finally got a moment with him and the two had an instant connection.
Nikki and Pauly ended up spending a lot of time with each other and it also landed her in the top 2. She thought she was the chosen one when Pauly sent the other contestant, Derynn Paige back home. She had her eyes set on him but one thing she did not expect to hear from him was that he did not want to have a relationship.
Pauly broke her heart by saying he wanted to stay single and that took Nikki by surprise. However, despite the heartbreak she suffered, Nikki decided to make a return and come join the rest of the gang as they have a fun time at Las Vegas. Nikki admitted she had previously been known as an 'emotional wreck' and 'witch' but was ready to turn things around.
Another thing she was worried about was how she would deal with what happened between her and Pauly. Nikki knew she would have to face Pauly but didn't know how it would go as she was still in love with him. She admitted the feelings were still there and she found it hard to even look at his face as it reminded her of all the memories they shared.
Nikki had to finally face Pauly once the cast returned home. She was not expecting to see him there even though Nikki knew there will come a time when she will have to. Unfortunately, she could not control her emotions in front of him and decided to walk away from the conversation after being in it for merely two minutes.
There is no doubt she still has feelings for Pauly but does he have them too?
