Marissa Lucchese and Brandon Stakemann shocked everyone when they slept together and now, it looks like the past is coming to bite them. The pair had decided it would be a nice idea to spend the night together even though everyone warned them about how awkward it could get.

Before they slept together, the cast members thought it would be wrong to sleep with a roommate as it could make things difficult in the house. Despite several warnings, the two ended up hooking up and since then, things changed for them. Brandon had made it clear that he did not want to be in a serious relationship.

He opened up about being in a serious relationship for a long time and made it clear that he was not ready to jump into another one. Marissa agreed and the pair decided to keep it casual. He further said that she was open to seeing someone else while the same rule applied to him.

As the two managed to reach a decision, everyone thought things would be fine in the house. However, it did not take long enough for it to change. Marissa was not thrilled to see Brandon bringing another girl into the house. Even though she did not say anything to him, cast members could see how the tension in the house was rising.

To make things worse, Angelina Pivarnick decided to confront Brandon about what was happening. Brandon explained that Marissa and he had spoken about their relationship. However, Angelina did not see it that way. After she managed to c**k block him, Brandon decided to have a talk with Marissa about what went down.

Marissa admitted that her feelings changed as time went, but this was not enough to make Brandon feel sorry for what had happened. He stated that it was on her if she fell for him as he had made it clear that he did not want a serious relationship.

Fans seemed to side with Bradon as one wrote, "Marissa is really annoying me. He doesn't want you sweetie stop chasing him and leave him alone." Another wrote, "Brandon is NOT wrong, but at this point, he needs to stop climbing into Marissa's bed. One of them needs to stop it."

"LOL IS NOBODY GONNA MENTION THAT MARISSA HAD AN AGREEMENT WITH BRANDON OR NAH? LMAOO I don’t know how much more of this I can take," said a frustrated fan.

"I hate to say this, but I don’t see how Brandon is wrong here. He made it 110% clear that he wasn’t interested in Marissa for anything but a f**k. He’s always straight forward, holds his own and isn’t going to backtrack. Y’all need to just deal with it atp," said another.

'Double Shot At Love' airs on Thursdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
