The latest episode (September 24) saw the cast members spending their last day in Las Vegas. While everyone had been emotional about leaving, one person who decided to stay back was Derynn Paige. Derynn came to the show thinking she would come as a single person and leave like that as well. However, things changed when she met Ricky Rogers. Ricky, who works with Vinny Guadagnino, found a strong connection with Derynn and the pair decided to see how things go for them. After spending two nights together, Ricky decided to take Derynn out on an official date.

Ricky admitted he wanted to see how things go for them. The pair opened up about their past where Derynn revealed how she had plans of getting married by 25 and starting a family soon. She further revealed that her then-boyfriend had cheated on her. Hearing this, Ricky was shocked and admitted Derynn deserved to be treated better.

He too opened up about what it is like dating when you are a stripper. Being in a profession that one usually does not see fit for someone in a relationship, Ricky explained he wanted a girl who took his career seriously and did not doubt him. The two seemed to get along well and opened up about all their expectations.

After spending some quality time together, Ricky decided to make their relationship official as he asked Derynn to be his girlfriend. Even though she was shocked, Derynn did not hesitate to say yes. However, the most shocking part for her was hearing Ricky asking her to stay back in Las Vegas.

With every other cast member packing their bags to head back home, Ricky thought it would be a good chance for them to find out more about each other. At first, Derynn decided to wait and think about it. With everything moving too fast, she did not want to risk losing what she had. However, she finally decided to go with what her heart was saying and accepted the request.

As everyone went back home, Derynn and Ricky left the place together and seemed to be happy. The pair will open up more about their relationship in the reunion that is set to take place next week.

'Double Shot At Love' airs on Thursdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
