Donald Trump trolled for 'breaking news' about 205,000 more votes in Pennsylvania: 'We all knew his IQ was 79'

On election night, Trump appeared to have a strong 'lead' in Pennsylvania, and he promptly expressed confidence he would win the state

President Donald Trump has now claimed that "in Pennsylvania, there were 205,000 more votes," continuing his ravings about alleged electoral fraud on Twitter. As soon as the tweet came to light, people started trolling him.

"Breaking News: In Pennsylvania, there were 205,000 more votes than there were voters. This alone flips the state to President Trump," he tweeted on Monday, December 28. Trump’s claims of a 'stolen' election over the last seven weeks, along with vehement proclamations of “voter fraud” failed to get even the courts on his side or come anywhere close to reversing the loss he suffered to President-elect Joe Biden.

After bringing around 60 lawsuits and even offering a financial incentive for information about fraud, Trump and his allies have failed to prove definitively any case of illegal voting nor any credible evidence that legions of the voting dead gave Biden a victory that wasn’t his.

“They are finding Biden votes all over the place — in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. So bad for our Country!” Trump, had first tweeted on November 4, 2020, right after the elections. On election night, Trump appeared to have a strong “lead” in Pennsylvania, and he promptly expressed confidence he would win the state. He even wrongly “claimed” Pennsylvania’s Electoral College votes in a tweet before the race had been decided. Then when things were not going his way, he had tweeted on November 28, again: "The 1,126,940 votes were created out of thin air. I won Pennsylvania by a lot, perhaps more than anyone will ever know. The Pennsylvania votes were RIGGED. All other swing states also. The world is watching!" 

“It really should put a death knell in this narrative that has been peddled around claims of vote fraud that just have never been substantiated,” said Kristen Clarke, president of the National Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, a nonprofit legal group, and a former Justice Department attorney whose work included voting cases. “They put themselves on trial, and they failed.”

As soon as this new tweet by Trump came to light, people started trolling him, as one Internet user said, "@realDonaldTrump BREAKING NEWS! TRUMP LOSES ELECTION AND ACTS LIKE A CHILD. We all knew his IQ was 79." While another one wrote, "Breaking News: Donald Trump is a pathological liar & is incapable of accepting that he LOST the 2020 presidential election."

Calling him a failure, another one said, "There are >9 million registered voters in Pennsylvania. About 6.9 million voted in the 2020 election. No wonder Trump has been such a failure - he can't even do basic math. About 2.1 million registered voters in PA didn't even vote." Calling his actions insane, one said, "DUDE, You LOST by OVER 7.5 MILLION Votes It's OVER STOP this INSANITY."

Another one joked, "Breaking News: Trump added "terrible at math" to his resume today."  Counting Trump's last days in office, another one said, "Breaking News: Trump only has 23 more days to spread misinformation." While another one sarcastically wrote, "Breaking news: researchers have begun to publish papers on more severe cases of psychosis in Covid patients even in patients with no prior history of mental illness. Didn’t Trump have Covid? Just asking."
