Trump trolled as #BunkerBoy after he hides in White House bunker with lights off: ‘America has no leader’
George Floyd, an African-American man from Minnesota, died on May 25 after he was handcuffed and made to lie face down on the street. Derek Chauvin, a white Minneapolis police officer, had his knee on Floyd's neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds, and Floyd was unresponsive within 2 minutes and 53 seconds, according to the criminal complaint filed against Chauvin.
The incident has scarred the entire country and people are pouring out in large numbers on the streets. In the midst of the crisis, Trump's silence is upsetting the masses. Not just that, Anonymous revealed documents that show proof of his links to Jeffrey Epstein and all he has tweeted in the past six hours is "LAW & ORDER!" and "FAKE NEWS!"
On Friday, May 29, Secret Service agents rushed Trump and his family to an underground bunker in the White House fearing possible terror attacks. Slamming him for hiding in the White House and turning off all lights, people are boiling with anger at how he has not responded to the nationwide protests, violent riots and racial anguish. After the deadly virus and economic fallout, the latest outcry seems to be the last straw for the citizens.
Docketed as the #BunkerBoy for hiding in his lavish mansion, Twitter users are trolling him black and blue. "This is how our president responds in the midst of a crisis. No address to calm a frantic nation and no effort to send a unifying message to a divided people. America has no leader. #BunkerBoy," one wrote.
A flurry of sarcastic tweets were posted within seconds. "This isn’t Halloween #BunkerBoy you’re not going to get off scot-free by simply turning the lights off," one said and another posted, "What do you wanna bet #BunkerBoy is wearing a mask now?" Another said, "#BunkerBoy: 'Whaaaa! I want my mommy!' MELANIA: 'Your mommy hated you. Don't touch the dress.'"
Another said, "Once an a old #BunkerBoy Trump Into a dark basement did jump Though it's "MAGA night," Not a Klan hood in sight, 'Cause fascism's now in a slump. Turn out the lights. The (GOP) party's over."
"Trump turned off the White House lights & hid in a bunker. I like presidents who don't hide in bunkers. #BunkerBoy," one tweet read and another said, "Trump turned off the White House lights & hid in a bunker. I like presidents who don't hide in bunkers. #BunkerBoy."
Terribly disappointed in the leader of the country, one said, "Trump turning off the lights at The White House describes the current situation in America perfectly. Nobody's home. #BunkerBoy," and another posted, "The guy that felt he would appear to be weak by wearing a mask is now cowering in a bunker below the White House? Oh but he is brave enough to Twitter hate still. #BunkerBoy."
On Saturday, May 30, President Trump said that the Secret Service had been prepared to sic the “most vicious dogs” and “ominous weapons” on protesters outside the White House gates.
