Donald Trump insists he did 'nothing wrong' as newly-elected Democrats call for impeachment
President Donald Trump also claimed that he 'had the most successful first two years of any president, and is the most popular Republican in party history'
President Donald Trump, on Friday, insisted that Democrats do not have any grounds on which they can impeach him because he has "done nothing wrong." The Republican vouched for his claim by talking to Twitter and talking about how he "perhaps won the greatest election of all time" and cited popularity within the Republican party.
"How do you impeach a president who has won perhaps the greatest election of all time, done nothing wrong (no Collusion with Russia, it was the Dems that Colluded), had the most successful first two years of any president, and is the most popular Republican in party history 93%?" Trump asked on Twitter.
