Will Donald Trump file another lawsuit? Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismisses GOP suit challenging mail-in votes

The Philadelphia Supreme Court on Friday, November 27, rejected President Donald Trump’s latest effort to challenge the election results by blocking President-elect Joe Biden from being declared the winner of Pennsylvania. Trump’s legal team appealed to the Supreme Court despite the judges’ saying that his “campaign’s claims have no merit." Now the Supreme Court has rejected another lawsuit on Saturday, November 28 from US Rep. Mike Kelly and other Republicans. The lawsuit alleged that the vote-by-mail scheme used by the Commonwealth during the 2020 election was unconstitutional.

Following this, Trump ranted on Twitter, saying, "The number of ballots that our Campaign is challenging in the Pennsylvania case is FAR LARGER than the 81,000 vote margin. It’s not even close. Fraud and illegality ARE a big part of the case. Documents being completed. We will appeal!"

After the Supreme Court's announcement, social media was flooded with comments. Journalist Jonathan Lai shared the pictures of the documents, tweeting, "The PA Supreme Court dismisses the case brought by U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly that sought to overturn last year’s law creating no-excuse mail voting and to throw out those mail ballots cast in this election. This is the case the Commonwealth Court had earlier blocked certification in." Pennsylvanian Attorney Josh Shapiro said, "BREAKING: We just notched another win for democracy. The PA Supreme Court has dismissed the suit that was attempting to throw out the votes of 2.5 million Pennsylvanians and halt certification."

A user wrote, "Guess it’s hard to accept after a lifetime of grifting that you can’t buy another term & America voted you out." Another one suggested him, "You lost, get over it!" Replying to a Trump supporter, for the alleged claims POTUS has made, another one said, "You’ve lost 97.5% of the lawsuits regarding voter fraud. Surely at some point it will sink in that Trump lied to you, there was never any voter fraud." Another one said, "Sir, this is great news since you already lost three weeks ago and it actually doesn’t matter."
