It isn't just the Presidency that Donald Trump will be losing out on. The outgoing President is in danger of being expelled from SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists). Hollywood's labor union will see the board of directors gathering on Tuesday that may bring up the topic of disciplinary action for Trump, according to a Deadline report. Should he get thrown out, there are zero chances of him reprising his role in 'The Apprentice.'

The soon-to-be-former-President starred in 'The Apprentice' and 'Celebrity Apprentice' before becoming the powerful man leading a country and has been a union member since 1989. His expulsion requires two-thirds of the votes from the national board. According to CBR, the board is meeting to decide if Trump needs to face some disciplinary action for "engaging in actions antagonistic to the interests or integrity of the union," according to article XIV of the SAG-AFTRA Constitution.

The process though is quite a lengthy one. Although it does begin on January 19, reports say it will take many weeks to come to a decision. It was also reported that the Capitol riots on January 6 led to this meeting from SAG-AFTRA. As per their statement, the union "condemns in the strongest terms yesterday's attack on America's foundational principles. Rioters, emboldened and encouraged by a sitting president and his enablers who have peddled baseless conspiracy theories, stormed the US Capitol in an attempt to subvert democracy."

"As a union and a democratic organization, we are appalled by this attack on the values we hold most sacred. The disgraceful scenes coming out of the nation's capital have undermined America's institutions and its standing in the world. Displays of the Confederate flag and other symbols of white supremacy and hate were meant to subjugate and terrorize people of color and those of certain faiths. This poison attacks the diverse membership of our union and the labor movement," it added.

SAG-AFTRA Constitution also states: "a member may be reprimanded, censured, fined, suspended or expelled from membership in the Union for any of the following offenses: 1. Violation of any of the provisions of this Constitution, or the policies, rules, or regulations adopted by the Union or any of its Locals. 2. Engaging in actions antagonistic to the interests or integrity of the Union, any of its affiliated Locals or its membership, including providing services covered by the Union's jurisdiction for any employer declared unfair by the National Board."

This isn't the first time the union has been vocal and critical of Trump's actions. He drew harsh criticism from the SAG-AFTRA when he dubbed news media as "the enemy" of the American people. This development comes as Trump gears up for what will be his final day in office.
