Who is Wayne Allyn Root? Donald Trump supporter warns 'something BIG is happening' and Trump will NOT concede
It’s more than two months since President Donald Trump has lost the 2020 presidential election against Joe Biden but he is yet to concede, claiming that the poll was stolen from him. Many of his allies in the Congress have plotted to challenge the Electoral College votes inside the legislature on January 6. And now, one of the president’s closest friends has warned that the entire country will find itself in a major war for the White House with the incumbent president having little intention of conceding.
Wayne Allyn Root, a far-right radio host and political commentator who endorsed Trump for the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections, recently said on Twitter that he spoke to Trump and cautioned that “something BIG is happening”.
"Just spoke to my closest friend to @realDonaldTrump. Something BIG is happening. Which is why Prez flew back early to WH. Get ready for fireworks. Most interesting January in history coming up fast! President Trump not conceding. He will NOT go down without a fight. NOT over,” Root, 59, said.

In another tweet, Root said: “Must be a 'little' interest in @realDonaldTrump not conceding and fighting it out. My tweet about it has been viewed by over 1.5 million on Twitter and Parler. Will be well over 2 million by morning.”

January 6 could be the day for the “fireworks” as Root has said for that day, besides the Trump loyalists challenging the EC votes affirming Biden’s victory last month, the incumbent president’s supporters on the streets will also assemble in Washington DC to protest the results of the November 3 election. Trump himself has also been boasting about the protest rally. In a tweet on Saturday, January 2, the president said: “The BIG Protest Rally in Washington, D.C., will take place at 11.00 A.M. on January 6th. Locational details to follow. StopTheSteal!”
In another tweet in which he linked the statement of his Senate loyalist Josh Hawley who plans to object to the congressional counting of the EC votes, Trump said: “Massive amounts of evidence will be presented on the 6th. We won, BIG!”

Hawley, who represents Missouri, has defied the Republican leadership in the upper chamber to say that he would object to the certification of the EC vote on Wednesday. He is the first member of the Senate to officially make such an announcement although Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell is not in agreement with such a stance and has warned his colleagues in the chamber not to choose that option.
In a tweet posted on December 30, Hawley said: “Millions of voters concerned about election integrity deserve to be heard. I will object on January 6 on their behalf.”

Root, meanwhile, has been found to be more active on Twitter in recent times, suggesting that Trump is in no mood to give up. “I keep telling u it ain’t over until fat lady sings. I don’t hear communist witch voter Stacey Abrams singing yet. A little birdie tells me @realDonaldTrump came home early to WH because he has bombshell planned for 1/6 in front of Congress, w/1 million man Trump Army march in DC," he said on New Year’s Eve.
“Just sharing. I just have this feeling in my gut that this election isn’t over. I think @realDonaldTrump may pull this out yet! It ain’t over until fat lady sings- and I’m not taking about Stacey Abrams,” he said in another tweet.

Root, who returned to the Republican Party in 2012 after a five-year hiatus, also said: “Just sharing. I just have this feeling in my gut that this election isn’t over. I think @realDonaldTrump may pull this out yet! It ain’t over until fat lady sings- and I’m not taking about Stacey Abrams.”

In another, he said: "Did we just allow most corrupt man in US political history to steal election? Is he a criminal soon to be convicted in Ukraine? Just questions worth asking? Does Twitter allow questions?"

Vice President Mike Pence is expected to play a major role in the January 6 proceedings as the Trump camp wants him to void Biden’s win but the veep has signaled so far that he is hesitant to do that.
Trump’s efforts to challenge the election result in the Congress have become such an engaging point that the focus light has completely gone off the key Senate runoff elections in Georgia scheduled a day before on January 5.
