Heart-wrenching video shows abandoned dog chasing owner's car after being ruthlessly thrown out of vehicle
The video from Animal Rescue Fund of Mississippi (ARF) showed a dog being horribly pushed out of a car and desperately chasing the vehicle as it sped away
Pippa Jackson is the founder and executive director of Animal Rescue Fund of Mississippi (ARF) which is one of the state's largest no-kill animal shelters that was set up in 2005 at the time of Hurricane Katrina in order to help all the animals which had been affected by it.
Recently, a young dog was left outside of the shelter's entrance by an individual — a very regular occurrence at the shelter. However, unlike other cases where the animal is dropped off in a cage or carrier, this dog was horribly pushed out of the car and the owner sped away. The dog then desperately tried to chase the owner before disappearing from view.
