'Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol' Episode 10: Rara snitches on Jun, lets him be taken away forcefully without a word
'Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol' Episode 10 begins just moments before Jung-ho, Rara's her creepy stalker kidnaps her. We see Jun tell Rara, who misses her father extremely that he wants to take her to a place where he wants to tell her the entire truth about himself. However, before he could do so, Rara is kidnapped, and Jun manages to find where she is being held by visiting the creepy guy's house. There he finds a brochure to a marketing company that he had visited, and when he ends up at the factory, Jun fights with Jung-ho and fatally hurts him. This ends up scaring Jun so much, and it is heartbreaking because we finally realize that this boy is only 19. He might have tried to act as if he was old but he is hardly an adult.
As he struggles to deal with the shock of how violent he was and how he had almost killed a man, Rara is admitted to a hospital, and while she is unconscious, her friends around her learn the truth about Jun. The fact that he is a 19-year-old runaway and that he is the son of an affluent man surfaces and the one who is most shocked is none other than Ha-young who used to have a crush on Jun. Of course, that was only until she learned that he was interested in Rara. Now she considers him a friend and so she gives him a chance. She waits before telling Rara the truth because she realizes that Rara deserves to learn the truth about Jun from him and not others. This after Seung-gi tells Ha-young how all of them should beat him up but give him a chance.
In the meantime, Jun's mother heard about her son getting arrested from the cop with whom she had filed a missing person report. So she arrives and sees her son's state and reprimands him for running away from home. She also adds that she managed to hide this from his father so all that he had to do now was to return home. This makes him even madder because the only way he could rebel against his father was hidden from him. He tells his mother that he has no intention of returning home and also tells his mother that he will receive the punishment if he deserves it.
Of course, that is not exactly how things turn out since his mother forces him to leave before he gets a chance to explain his state to Rara. At this point, Rara wakes up and she learns from the thug that was tracking Jun that he is a high-school runaway and son of the Sunwoo Foundation family. Jun thinks that she is not aware of the truth yet and with Seung-gi's help, he calls Rara. He tells her he misses her, and also requests her to come to the dock so that they could take that ferry ride as planned. However, Rara is being followed by men employed by Jun's mother and she also knows the truth about him so she snitches on him to his mother. But his father also arrives somehow and that is how Rara lets go of Jun without hearing what he had to say. So even if she claimed to do this for his good, she clearly doesn't respect Jun's choices and that is exactly what irks us about this episode.
