‘Dirty Dancing’ actress claims Harvey Weinstein masturbated on her face and asked her for 'naked massage'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A dancer from Harvey Weinstein’s 2003 movie ‘Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights’ has testified against him in a Los Angeles court on Thursday, October 27, for sexually assaulting her. Ashley M alleged that the former mega producer took her to a hotel room and forced himself on her before masturbating on her face. She also told the court that she was 22 back then and Weinstein demanded a "naked massage like the one he had with Gwyneth Paltrow."
The victim was almost moved to tears while describing the incident to the court. She claimed he suggested "it would just be a naked massage...and not to worry about it." “He said, 'Look at Gwyneth Paltrow and what it did for her career,''' she said in her testimony. She further told the jury: “He just said 'it's OK, it's not like we're having sex.'” Once Weinstein was done, she said she was glad it didn’t escalate to rape, “I was just really thankful that I wasn't raped. I remember thinking and I remember wiping off just getting dressed really fast and leaving really fast.”

Ashley M said that she was scared of Weinstein in their first meeting itself on the set of 'Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights' in Puerto Rico, where she worked as the lead couple's dancer. But his assistant Bonnie Hung assured her that it was OK and she’d be with them all the time as they went to a hotel as Weinstein wanted to talk about future projects. However, she claimed that as they all together walked down the hall of Weinstein’s hotel toward a door, "I started to get more anxious, but Bonnie was there with her clipboard," reports Daily Mail.
She continued, “Harvey opened it and then he went in and I went in. And then Bonnie shut the door behind us. I was like, 'oh no, what do I do?’” She further mentioned to the jurors that Weinstein quickly became aggressive and pushed her onto the bed while taking her top off and performing a sex act on top of her. She had previously shared her story to the New York Times in October of 2017, when the outlet published accounts from women who claimed Harvey Weinstein had sexually assaulted them, placing the 70-year-old film executive at the forefront of the #MeToo movement.
According to the report, she also went on to reveal that she had been a professional ballet dancer who had just shifted to dancing in Hollywood when she first met Weinstein.
The victim, Ashley M, a tall blonde who wore all black as she testified to the court is the second Weinstein accuser to speak officially and take a stand at the trial, and also the first of four who are not charging him, but are qualified to testify in order to reflect the propensity for such acts by the disgraced producer.
Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year prison sentence after being found guilty on our counts of rape and seven other counts of sexual assault, but has repeatedly denied engaging in any non-consensual sexual act.
