Did Paris Jackson date Cara Delevingne? Michael Jackson's daughter's sexuality has sparked wild rumors for years
Paris Jackson, the only daughter of the late 'King of Pop' Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe, is all set to drop her debut studio album titled 'Wilted' on November 17. Paris, who has been at the center of media attention ever since he was a child, has often opened up about the pressures of being the child of the most popular man on the planet. This has included Paris talking about substance abuse and attempted suicide during her teenage years, and also about her sexuality numerous times.
In 2018, Paris held an impromptu Q&A session over Instagram stories. When asked by a fan if she's bisexual, Paris replied saying, "that’s what you guys call it so I (sic) guess but who needs labels." The 22-year-old sparked rumors about her being bisexual in 2018 when she was seen getting cozy with actress Cara Delevingne at a restaurant in Hollywood. Paris and Cara, who first met at the MTV Movie Awards in 2017, were also spotted holding hands during a night out in London. According to sources close to the pair, the girls were just having fun and a "flirty friendship".
As speculations surrounding her sexuality blew up recently, Paris took to Twitter to express her frustration and wrote: "Everyone has known for years I came out when I was 14, WTF," and then continued, "How many times have I publicly referred to the community as 'my fellow LGBTQ+'? Like, even on stage. I've been apart of the community for years. I even mentioned having crushes on girls when I was eight in a magazine before. I've been caught kissing girls in public." The first tweet has since been deleted.

Most recently, in July 2020, Paris discussed her sexuality in her docuseries, 'Unfiltered: Paris Jackson & Gabriel Glenn', in which she stated "Never thought I'd end up with a dude; thought I'd end up marrying a chick." She also said that she has "dated more women than men" but that she "wouldn't consider myself bisexual because I've dated more than just men and women." On the docuseries, where Paris was interviewed alongside her boyfriend Gabriel Glenn, she revealed that Michael, her father, would "tease" her about girls as a child.
Opening up about her past relationships, many of which she has kept quiet private up until now, Paris said, "The public only knows about three long-term relationships that I’ve been in and they’ve been with men. The public doesn’t know about most of the relationships I’ve been in. I’ve dated more than just men and women. I’ve dated a man that had a vagina. It has nothing to do with what’s in your pants. It has nothing to do with your XY chromosome makeup. It’s literally just like what are you like as a person."
Paris, who was 11-years-old when her dad died aged 50 in 2009, spoke about his role in her life and added, "I didn’t know that it was a thing and so, I was a little conflicted about it because all I’d ever seen were men and women on TV together and so these thoughts didn’t really make sense to me. I think he just felt the energy and he would like kind of tease me the same way that he would tease my brothers, like 'Oh, you got yourself a girlfriend'. I’m very lucky to have that, especially so young – I think I was like eight or nine. Because not many children have that experience."
