'The Masked Singer' Season 8 has finally come to an end! The show declares Harp as the winner of the Season, unmasking the masked singer as the 'Glee' actress Amber Riley. Furthermore, the Lambs are declared the runner-up of 'The Masked Singer' Season 8.

Well, it seems fans were not shocked by the result. Ever since day one of the show, 'The Masked Singer', fans guessed that Harp has the quality to be the winner. In the second episode, many guessed that Harp is Amber Riley. Her unique tone and out-of-the-box singing style were quickly determined by many. The internet was swamped with fans hailing that Harp will be the winner and being certain about her being Mercedes Jones aka Riley. And now, the results finally proved fans' speculation to be true.

Clues for Harp

Season's first Queen, Harp, once again donned 'The Masked Singer' stage in her golden glittery body-fit dress. As soon as this masked singer stepped on the stage, she claimed, "this show has meant so much to me." Harp added, "I have given it my all to make it this far." When asked why is she doing the show, Harp replied, "I'm doing this for everybody who feels like an outsider." Harp further opened up saying that her favorite panelist in the latest Season of 'The Masked Singer' is Nicole Scherzinger. Harp says that Nicole has always given "comfort" with her kind comments.

As soon as Harp laid eyes on her costume for the first time, the moment changed her life. The celebrity singer underneath the Harp mask further thanked her fans who have been flooding the internet saying that she will win the show. Furthermore, Harp adds that her favorite performance till now was in the semi-finals. She chose to sing 'About Damn Time' by Lizzo in the semi-finals. Harp's favorite competitors were Chris Kirkpatrick as Hummingbird and Panther. Moreover, the toughest of all was the Snowstorm. The biggest threat in the show for Harp was Maize, Mermaid, and Robogirl.

'The Masked Singer' Season 8 then gave us an overview of all the clues that have been dropped for this mask until now. However, the "Big Time clue" dropped was "a yellow sports car." Harp once again laid her beautiful voice on the stage, singing 'The Edge of Glory' by Lady Gaga in the finale. Harp then performed solo on 'Gravity' by John Mayer. 

Soon after her last performance, Harp was declared the winner of 'The Masked Singer' Season 8, while Lambs stalled to the runner-up position. Lambs got unmasked as Wilson Phillips and Harp was unmasked as 'Glee' actress and famed singer Amber Riley. Riley is best known for her portrayal of Mercedes Jones, and the yellow sportscar clues connected her character to it. She has won awards for music, acting, and comedy. 

Fans are not shocked at all after seeing Harp win

Fars did not seem to act shocked on the internet after seeing Amber Riley aka Harp being declared as the winner of the Season. Well, it seemed that fans have been guessing from day 1 that t will be Harp who will take away the trophy. A fan on Twitter wondered, "#themaskedsinger Did the harp only win because she was colored??" Another fan claimed, "I've been saying it since episode 1! Harp is GONNA WIN! By episode 2 I said it was Amber Riley! Congratulations boo!" Furthermore, a not-so-shocked fan wrote, "Yesssssss Harp wins... As she should." Another fan tweeted, "me pretending to be shocked when I knew who The Harp was from the first episode.."

Furthermore, a fan slammed the show, saying, "No one should be shocked by this…they did a terrible job at hiding who this was from the beginning lol." Another fan uploaded the unmasking clip and wrote, "I knew it from the get go." "I knew it (with a laughing emoji)" wrote another. Another fan put a notice on Riley's winnings, saying, "Amber won two reality shows overall, this one & the 17th season of "DWTS.""

With 'The Masked Singer' Season 8 ending, fans will now be eyeing 'The Masked Singer' Season 9. Let us wait for FOX to make an official announcement for the upcoming season.
