HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA: The OWN network recently dropped the teaser for the upcoming season of 'Love & Marriage: Huntsville'. It did have all the drama and juice but was missing one thing - Destiny Payton. Destiny's presence on 'Love & Marriage: Huntsville' has been a significant factor in the show's success. She not only brings a level of drama and excitement to the series with her bold and unfiltered opinions, but her strong personality has also led to conflicts with some of the other cast members, particularly Kimmi Grant and Melody Holt.

Despite the drama and Kimmi's beef with her, Destiny has also shown a vulnerable side on 'Love & Marriage: Huntsville'. She opened up about her struggles with infertility and the emotional toll it has taken on her and her husband, LaDarren 'Ladie' Payton, who is the co-owner of Comeback Financial Group. Her willingness to share this personal aspect of her life resonated with many viewers, but not so much with the producers of the show. Could that be the reason behind her disappearance from the show? Scroll down to find out.

Was Destiny Payton fired from 'Love & Marriage: Huntsville'?

As Destiny watched the previous season's reunion of 'Love & Marriage: Huntsville', she couldn't help but feel a pang of unease. She knew that Kimmi Scott had a bone to pick with her, and she braced herself for what was to come. Sure enough, Kimmi wasted no time in calling out Destiny's reluctance to open up on camera. Destiny bit her lip, feeling the other cast members' eyes on her. She knew that Kimmi was right - she had been holding back, reluctant to share too much of her personal life with the world. But as Kimmi continued to press her with questions, Destiny couldn't help but feel defensive. She was a private person, and she didn't want to be forced to share more than she was comfortable with. She tried to explain this to Kimmi, but the others were relentless.

It wasn't until Carlos King, producer of the show, joined the conversation that Destiny really started to worry. She knew that Carlos was a powerful producer, and the fact that he was expressing difficulties working with her didn't bode well. She listened with growing anxiety as he spoke, his words ringing in her ears. As the reunion wrapped up, Destiny tried to put the conversation out of her mind. But it was always there, niggling at the back of her thoughts. She couldn't shake the feeling that she was on thin ice, that her place on the show was in jeopardy. Soon, the promo for the upcoming season of 'Love & Marriage: Huntsville' was released, and Destiny's fears were confirmed. She wasn't included, but Stormi Steele, Courtney Beasley, Tiffany Whitlow, and Louis Whitlow were. It was like a punch to the gut, a confirmation that she was no longer wanted. Destiny tried to brush it off, to tell herself that it was just a promo, that things could still change. But maybe it was time to move on.

'Where the hell is Destiny?'

In the previous season of 'Love & Marriage: Huntsville', Destiny faced criticism from Kimmi Scott and producers for her reluctance to open up on camera and share more about her personal life. This criticism sparked rumors of Destiny's possible departure from the show, which gained more traction when a promo for the upcoming season excluded her but included other cast members. Despite the uncertainty, Destiny continued to focus on her businesses and family throughout the season.

"Please leave Destiny where y’all found her. She’s so negative. Just my opinion." - comments like this were quick to flood Carlos King's Instagram post announcing the release of the teaser. "Destiny is out and I'm glad 🙄" , "No Destiny!!! Thank GOD" commented other users. Generally, fans seem to be happy about Destiny's recent firing from the show. In anticipation of her return, fans also commented, "Please DON'T bring Destiny back PLEASE" Some fans even understood the reason behind her absence and were sympathetic to the show's perspective. They commented, "No Density 😢😢😢😢😢 I hope at least see a friend to the show.. The cast was like oh no we got to tell our business she do to..She held back but I still enjoyed her on the show." On the other hand, some fans were just delighted to not see her at all and hoped that she did not come back. They said, "If Destiny is on here I won’t be watching!!"
