Pre-game buzz

The Nuggets will be going against a well-rested Clippers. That has to be the first advantage for Kawhi Leonard and his men. But they will be wary of Jamal Murray who's hit a purple patch. The Clippers haven't really hit their stride as they look at striking a sense of consistency.

Murray will have a tough challenge against a defensive side and Tuesday's game saw him being held to 17 points in what as a purely defensive scrimmage. Nuggets fans will be hoping for him to deliver the goods again. Meanwhile, Paul George will be hoping to make things right for the Clippers. After citing mental fatigue as one of his reasons, he will be looking forward to the Nuggets challenge and a better performance from him will be something the Clippers won't mind at all.

Who will win?

For now, it does look like the Clippers. Their superior defense will cause problems for Denver. But then, it has been an unpredictable tournament and Nuggets have the just do it mindset. So we'll backing the Nuggets for this one.
