'Decibel' Full Cast List: Meet Cha Eun-woo, Lee Jong-suk, Kim Rae-won and others from K-drama as fans call line-up 'visuals overload'

The universe has listened to the K-drama fans' earnest prayers and now Cha Eun-woo's big-screen debut also features dreamy Lee Jong-suk, Kim Rae-won and more in the movie 'Decibel.' The movie will be the first film of 'True Beauty' fame Cha Eun-woo and fans are equally excited to see 'W' star Lee Jong-suk's much-anticipated comeback after the visual god finished his military duties this year in January.

To add more to the fans' frenzy, the film features both Eun-woo and Lee Jong-suk in Naval uniform as the action-packed film will revolve around Navy Commanders who are trying to save their city from a sound terrorism attack.

Plot

Decibel's storyline revolves around a bunch of Navy commanders who are desperate to save their city from a terror attack. The new sound attack on the city follows the same pattern of an attack that took place a year ago in a submarine. Kim Rae-won as the navy commander must save their city.

The K-drama dream cast features the globally popular South Korean stars that fans just can't get enough screentime of. 

Lee Jong-suk

'Romance is a Bonus Book' starter Lee Jong-suk is one of the most popular K-drama stars who have been ruling in fans' hearts consistently for a decade. The award-winning 31-year-old 'Pinocchio' star has given one after another hit television series including 'I Can Hear Your Voice' (2013), 'Doctor Stranger' (2014), 'Pinocchio' (2014), 'W' (2016), 'While You Were Sleeping' (2017), 'The Hymn of Death' (2018) and 'Romance Is a Bonus Book.' 

Jong-suk will be playing the role of Navy captain who is very protective and extremely loyal to the crew of his submarine. Jong-suk recently finished his military service and is going to make a cameo in the sequel of the film “The Witch.” He is also in discussions to take his first drama role after coming back.

Cha Eun-woo

Eun-Woo aka the double 'ace' of K-pop group Astro is famed for his record-breaking hit television series like 'True Beauty', 'Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung', 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' and more. The 24-year-old K-pop star will make his big-screen debut with the film 'Decibel' where he plays the role of a young sailor in the Navy working in sonar detection. 

Kim Rae-won

Kim Rae-won, the 40-year-old veteran K-drama star famous for his roles in 'Cats on the Roof,' and movies such as 'My Little Bride' (2004), 'Sunflower' (2006), television series 'Love Story in Harvard' (2004), 'Gourmet' (2008), 'A Thousand Days' Promise' (2011), 'Punch' (2014–2015) and 'Doctors' (2016) will play the role of a Navy Commander who is trying to save his city from a terror attack.

More in the cast includes Jung Sang-hoon as a reporter, Park Byung-eun acting as a member of the Defense Security Support Command in search of the truth behind the terror attacks, Lee Sang-hee as senior officer of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) squad and Jo Dal-hwan as a senior officer in the Navy.

The announcement of the cast has made fans go bonkers as the K-drama lineup has got them into overdrive. A fan said, "Lee jongsuk and cha eunwoo in one movie wow that's visuals overload!" Another fan chimed in saying, "Cha eunwoo and lee jong suk in one movie???? this is something we never knew we needed!" Release date
