PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON: Jenny Green (Briana Cuoco), the butcher, gives a shot at love in Episode 5 of 'Dead Boy Detectives'.
While Charles Rowland (Jayden Revri) and Edwin Payne (George Rexstrew) take on the case of two young boys who believe that they were murdered, Niko Sasaki (Yuyu Kitamura) pursues her own mission of uniting Jenny with her 'soulmate'.
Who is Jenny Green's secret admirer in 'Dead Boy Detectives' Episode 5?
When Niko goes to post a letter to her mother, she sees a woman in a coat with a silk scarf covering her head and oversized sunglasses approaching a mailbox.
The woman is holding a letter addressed to Jenny and Niko gathers that she is Jenny's secret admirer. She follows the woman to the library and finds out that she is none other than Maxine (Lindsey Gort).
When Niko mentions that she needs to talk about Jenny, Maxine gets nervous.
Maxine attacks Jenny Green in 'Dead Boy Detectives' Episode 5
Niko convinces Jenny to have a date with her secret admirer. She even sets up the butcher shop with flowers and lights for a perfect date night for Jenny and Maxine.
Jenny, who is initially nervous and hesitant for the romantic evening is blown away when Maxine arrives. The duo spends the night having long conversation until Jenny realizes that Maxine is a creepy stalker.
When Jenny asks Maxine to leave, the latter gets aggressive. Maxine, who can't take a rejection, grabs a butcher knife and launches an attack on Jenny.
As Jenny struggles for her life, Maxine accidentally slips and falls onto a skewer that pierces her head.
Jenny is left in shock as she narrowly escapes death while a creepy woman lies dead in her shop.
Crystal Palace (Kassius Nelson) walks into the crime scene followed by the arrival of the cops. While investigating the crime scene, an officer asks to speak with Jenny and Niko.
