'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' Season 5 Finale: 'Thong Song' fight scene is one of the best things on TV

A brilliant season of 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' has finally wrapped up and the show really went out with a bang. Season 5 Episode 15 'Swan Thong', the season finale, featured a lot of action and hilarity, plus the most ridiculously fun fight scene of all time.
In the episode, we find out that the Fate Lachesis (Sarah Strange) has created a history museum where the past is weaponized to make people afraid of free will. One of the exhibits, housed in the section on bad ideas, is dedicated to 'The Thong Song' by Sisqo, something that Nate Heywood (Nick Zano) takes exception to.
Well, Lachesis might think the song is a bad idea, but the Legends writers definitely do not. In the episode's big fight scene, the song plays in the background and Sisqo himself makes an appearance, dancing to it while the Legends bash their enemies. That's just the sort of thing that makes fans love this show so very much.
"When you get a fight scene that involves The Thong Song by @OfficialSisQo, it's hard to figure out how @TheCW_Legends can top it," one fan wrote on Twitter. "Best comic book fight scene ever! #LegendsOfTomorrow".
Another fan tweeted, "That bloody song is never going to leave my HEAD #LegendsOfTomorrow".
"#LegendsofTomorrow If you had to see a fight scene choreographed to Sisqo's The Thong Song on your quarantine tv binge-watch bingo card, tonight is your lucky night," another fan wrote.
"The Legends fighting with shake weights and pogo sticks to the thong song solidified this as the best show on this channel. #LegendsOfTomorrow," yet another fan chimed in.
"Okay I wasn’t gonna livetweet the finale bc I wanted to completely watch it but the legends just had a fight scene to the thong song literally no other CW show compares to them #LegendsOfTomorrow," a fan declared.
Overall, it was a pretty brilliant finale with a cliffhanger at the end that's gonna leave us on our toes for the greater part of a year, until the show returns with its next kickass season.
As one fan put it, "@TheCW_Legends Tonight's finale was exciting and I enjoyed it. That end scene stunned me though. #LegendsOfTomorrow".
