'Darcey and Stacey': Who is Georgi's ex-wife? Darcey doubts her relationship after finding out he is married
Darcey Silva was excited to be in a relationship with Georgi Rusev and the two planned on spending the lockdown together. While she thought he was different than the other guys she had dated in the past, the latest episode (October 4) showed him in a different light. Darcey revealed Georgi was still married and that it broke her heart.
Opening up about his relationship with his ex-wife, Georgi revealed he met her at a modeling event that took place four years ago. The two dated for a couple of months before getting married. Georgi admitted things were good in the beginning, but they changed as time passed.
Seeing how the relationship was not working, Georgi and his ex-wife decided to get separated. Georgi admitted he and his ex had been separated before he met Darcey. However, their divorce was not finalized. Due to the lockdown coming in place, Georgi revealed the divorce process has been taking some time. Hearing this, Darcey became uncertain about what was in store for her relationship. She wondered why Georgi had not hired a lawyer and why he didn't break the news to her before they officially started dating. She confessed things would have been very different had she known about the marriage.
Georgi admitted it was wrong on his part to keep this information from her. However, he justified his actions by stating that he thought the divorce would be finalized by the time things became serious with Darcey. Fans were as shocked as Darcey to hear this news.
