'Cradle Did Fall' Cast: Meet Ali Liebert and other stars of Lifetime thriller

Bosses at Lifetime announced as many as eight titles as part of its 'Summer of Secrets' series. 'Cradle Did Fall' is "inspired by a shocking, true story ripped from the headlines, a woman poses as an infant photographer in order to befriend a young mother and steal her baby." The thriller stars Kirsten Robek and Ali Liebert in key roles.

In June 2021, the network has released four titles: 'Secrets of a Marine's Wife', 'Secrets of a Gold Digger Killer', 'Left For Dead: The Ashley Reeves Story', and 'Soccer Mom Madam'. 'Doomsday Mom' and 'Picture Perfect Lies' are scheduled for release on June 26 and June 27, respectively.

Kirsten Robek

The Vancouver-based actress has multiple career interests. Besides being an actress, she is also a writer, director, and coach. Robek has a BFA degree from York University and has worked across Canada and the US in the film and television industry. Interestingly, she started her career as a ballet dancer. She won a Leo Award in 2004. Robek is married to 'Stargate SG-1' (a series she was a part of) actor Stephen Holmes.



 


Among the several TV series, she has been a part of, 'Supernatural' continues to be one of her most special roles. She portrayed the demon Crowley's reluctant vessel named Marnie in Season 11. She also played Mrs Wallace in Season 4 of the show.

'Love in Winterland', 'A Glenbrooke Christmas', and 'All of My Heart: Inn Love' are some of her other films she has starred in.

Ali Liebert 

Liebert comes with extensive experience. She has as many as 85 title credits to her name and one of the seasoned actors on 'Cradle Did Fall'. She even won a Canadian Screen Award for her role in 'Bomb Girls' and a Leo Award for the same. Variety featured her as 'International Star You Should Know' and the Hollywood Reporter listed her as one of 'Next Generation 15 Hottest Canadian Talents under 35'. 



 

In 2017, Liebert scored a role in Stephen Chbosky's 'Wonder', alongside Julia Roberts and Jacob Trembley. 'Bomb Girls' aside, she has starred in 'MechX4 (DisneyXD), 'Lost Girl' (Syfy), 'Ten Days in the Valley' (ABC), 'iZombie' (CW), 'Legends of Tomorrow' (CW), 'Harper's Island' (CBC) and 'Strange Empire and Intelligence' (CBC).
