John-David and Abbie Duggar decided to head for their honeymoon three months after the pair got married. The couple chose Finland as the destination. John and Abbie wanted to enjoy their time in the snow and Finland seemed to be a perfect destination for it.

On their first day, the pair enjoyed a reindeer safari. The two even went skiing and raced each other. John and Abbie even took the time to visit some of the monuments in the city such as the White Cathedral. Abbie loved the cathedral as standing on the top gave them a wonderful view of the city.

The two enjoyed the scenic beauty and even shared a kiss. The next thing on their list was staying in a snow hotel. During the stay, the couple decided to ride a skimobile. John seemed excited about the ride but Abbie was not too sure if she would be able to ride it properly.

Nonetheless, she hopped on and decided to give it a try. However, things took a different turn. The show hinted that Abbie had an accident while trying to ride the skimobile as the instructor says that there is an emergency.

In this week's episode, Abbie had also opened up about feeling the pressure to get married. She added that she felt strange when she saw her sisters and brothers who were older and younger to her getting married.

"I did start courting a lot later than my siblings, John’s siblings. And I guess I did get a little discouraged because I wasn’t in a relationship and everybody else around me seemed like they were…and I thought, ‘wait, when am I ever gonna get married?’" she said.

However, Abbie did not want to rush into it and decided to wait for the perfect man to come along. It is then that she found John. The two have been living their life as a newly married couple and are trying to make their own memories.

Counting On' airs on Tuesdays at 9 pm on TLC.
