Kendra Duggar and Joseph Duggar welcomed their second child, a baby girl, Addison Renee, earlier this month. The pair shared the news on their Instagram. To surprise fans this holiday season TLC released a two-part video of Kendra giving birth to her daughter. The new video shows Kendra experiencing excruciating pain which made her think that she would die in labor.

In the video, Kendra can be seen trying to stay calm and gathering the courage to fight through the pain. During the labor, Kendra found it hard to breathe while constantly battling the feeling of nausea. To make things worse, Kendra was told not to push as her doctor was not present in the delivery room.

The reality star felt the urge to cry as her emotions were running through her. “I feel kind of nauseous — I don’t think I can do it,” Kendra said in the video, as reported by Pop Culture. “I just want to cry.” Kendra was accompanied by her mother, Christina Caldwell, sister Lauren, and her husband, Joseph.

At one point Kendra seemed to be dehydrated as she started vomiting. Joseph revealed that she hadn't had a lot of water because she was unable to bear the pain and wanted to avoid drinking or eating anything.

Meanwhile, the producers added,  “Kendra has a history of holding her breath when she is in pain, which can lead to fainting. Her family is concerned that is going to happen while she’s in labor." As the pain kept becoming more frequent Kendra finally decided on letting the nurse deliver the baby and not wait for the doctor.

"I know I wanted him here but now I really don't care," she said. Kendra later delivered their baby daughter, Addison at 5:33 a.m. on November 2. “Thank you for being there, just helping me breathe. It’s incredible," Kendra told her husband.  “I thought I was going to die.”
