A clip of a verbal exchange between a police officer and a man has gone viral on the Internet that showed the latter asking the cop if he's going to kill him “like Ma'Khia Bryant'”. The video, which has been viewed more than one million times by people, also showed the cop replying, “Are you gonna try and stab somebody like her?”

But it seemed the unknown heckler who has been labeled as a BLM activist did not like the police officer’s reply and branded him as “goofy”. He also threatened to share their conversation with the people on the Internet. Bryant was shot on April 20 when cops were called to her address for an altercation. It was reported that the 16-year-old was trying to stab another girl when police officers intervened. Officer Nicholas Reardon was the one who fired four of his bullets, resulting in the death of Bryant.

Her death received mixed responses from people. Some sympathized with the teenager, while there were some who thought she was at fault since she was threatening another girl’s life with a knife. Ned Pettus, director of the Columbus Public Safety Department, said, “I understand the outrage and emotion around this incident — a teenage girl is dead, and she's dead at the hands of a police officer. Under any circumstances, that is a horrendous tragedy. But the video shows that there is more to this. It requires us to pause, take a close look at the sequence of events and, though it's not easy, wait for the facts as determined by an independent investigation.”

Meanwhile, this recent video of the cop and the heckler has also got a lot of responses from the people on the Internet. Many of them were seen discussing the death of Bryant. One user said, “This didn't age well, parents are not parenting anymore. They don't hold their kids accountable, if this was my son acting like a fool. He's a true media believer. He doesn't even know the facts. Well done officer.” A second one said, “Act like a punk, get treated like one. The entitlement is off the charts. Im amazed at the amount of restraint some of these officers show. Anyone without a badge would have slapped this person.”

“She had a knife?A knife for 2, 30 yr old WOMEN who showed up at HER house and proceeded to do HER HARM. In a stand your ground state. So for wht it's self defense or de escalation even if actually stabbing a cop! for black its 4 shots to the chest. Gthoh!” a person noted. “And now it begins. Taunting a police officer on social media to get a reaction. This is not helping anyone. It's not productive to a solution or a step in the direction that would bring any peace,” another said and the third added: “That punk biiitch behind that camera will NOT be doing that if they had their badges off!! No matter how you self snitch it will get you locked up or Dead!! Dont self snitch and be like like that scary ass biiitch behind that camera!”
