STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN: Episode 6 of 'Constellation', streaming on Apple TV+, shifts focus to an alternate reality aboard the ISS. In this version, Paul Lancaster (William Catlett) emerges as the survivor instead of Jo Ericsson (Noomi Rapace).

Leaving the ISS and leaving Jo's lifeless body behind, Paul returns to Earth. As he grapples with the aftermath of the space accident, he also uncovers significant alterations in his life.

Paul Lancaster finds his reality altered in 'Constellation'

Following his miraculous return to Earth, Paul Lancaster struggles to adapt to the new reality. During a conference, Paul recounts the day of the ISS collision, mentioning his work on CAL experiment alongside Audrey Brostin (Carole Weyers).

However, Audrey interrupts, claiming she has no knowledge of it. Paul is then informed that CAL was abandoned twelve years ago. Later, Paul meets Michaela (Chipo Chung) and inquires about Henry Caldera (Jonathan Banks) and the CAL experiment.

Michaela reveals that Henry is not associated with NASA, and that he or the CAL experiment doesn't exist. Furthermore, she clarifies that Bud Caldera was aboard Apollo 18, not Henry.

Upon returning home, Paul goes through old videos of the Apollo 18 mission. Determined to uncover the truth, Paul tracks down Henry/Bud for answers regarding the spacecraft's events.

Arriving at Bud Caldera's Los Angeles apartment, Paul knocks on the door in search of Henry. Bud denies using that name. He then reveals that the Apollo 18 accident claimed the lives of his two colleagues, leaving him as the sole survivor.

However, Paul's recollection paints Henry as a hero who repaired the damage, ensuring no one died. Paul persists in learning more about Henry and the CAL experiment which irritates Bud, who demands Paul to leave immediately.

Refusing to leave without answers, Paul's insistence prompts Bud to pull out his gun. A gunshot is heard, hinting that Paul is dead.

Six episodes of 'Constellation' are available to stream on Apple TV+.
