Netflix is developing a spin-off series based on the successful 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' franchise. Lana Condor starred in the main role, while Anna Cathcart played her younger sister. However, the new series 'XO, Kitty' will follow the sister this time.

In this spin-off, we can see Anna Cathcart going halfway across the world to Seoul to see her long-distance boyfriend. Soon after reaching Seoul, she discovers that relationships are far more complicated than she had imagined. Choi Min Young will play her boyfriend in the spin-off series instead of Jeon Ho Young who played that character in the 3rd part of 'To All the Boys: Always and Forever.' The audience saw Jeon Ho Young in a scene where Kitty invites a cute stranger (Jeon Ho Young) to photograph them in front of Namsan Tower, Seoul. This is where Kitty's love story begins and in the spin-off, the new cast will proceed.
