Chicago Good Samaritan puts 70 homeless people in hotel rooms amid record-breaking cold

Reports stated the unnamed person offered to pay the hotel bills of the homeless people, who were camping out overnight in tents, after their propane tanks were confiscated

An unnamed Good Samaritan reportedly put at least 70 homeless people in hotel rooms for a week in Chicago as the city witnessed record-breaking cold temperatures Wednesday. Chicago witnessed temperatures as low as minus 25 degrees with wind chill of minus 50 degrees Wednesday as weather experts said the city is expected to be colder than Antarctica, Alaska and the North Pole.
