Cher says Trump will become 'king' if re-elected, warns US 'as we know it' will cease to exist in bizarre rant
Pop icon Cher has warned that the America we know will cease to exist if President Donald Trump wins the 2020 elections due in November.
“PUTN IS NOW [King] OF RUSSIA. Trump’s RE~ELECTION WILL MAKE HIM [King], & [US] AS ”WE KNOW IT”WILL CEASE 2 EXIST,” Cher said in her latest Twitter rant. “[King] Trump’s SHOWN 3 YRS OF ETHICAL & INTELLECTUAL BANKRUPTCY. trump IS THE [death] OF FREEDOM.”
This came after reports that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and other top leaders in their government had resigned as President Vladimir Putin sought to rewrite the country's constitution. Several experts have since opined that the amendments will include provisions so that Putin remains the de facto leader of the Kremlin for life, Breitbart reports.
But Putin's constitutional changes only nominally transfer more power to the legislature, as observed by The Guardian. However, several skeptics made their own deductions with respect to the changes, saying their true purpose was to consolidate Putin's power in perpetuity, with a special office that would have no term limits as well as give him the opportunity to pick his own presidential successor while himself becoming prime minister.
That said, Cher's latest rant is quite similar to another dystopian prediction she made last June.
“ONLY IMPORTANT THING IS BEATING Trump‼️IF trump WINS 2ND TERM THERE’LL B NO‼️WE WONT B ABLE 2 EXACT PUNISHMENT, OR PUT HIM IN ⛓⛓4 GUTTING OUR GOV,” she ranted at the time. “Trump PUTS RICH, CORRUPT, CRONIES IN CHARGE OF AGENCIES THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT,4. IF DEMS LOSE THEY CANT CHANGE ANYTHING.”
The famed songstress recently targeted billionaire Democratic presidential candidate Tom Steyer, saying she “WOULDNT VOTE 4 TOM
STEYER IF HE WAS LAST DEMOCRAT ON EARTH. ONLY A PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE ALLOWED 2 RUN.”
But she soon went on to attack her favorite supervillain that is Trump, calling him a “traitor to America like no other in history.”
“Donald trump HAS GUTTED, DESTABILIZED,& BEEN A TRAITOR TO [America] like no other present in history,” the “Believe” hitmaker wrote on January 10. “Being president. of [America] SHOULDN’T BE ABLE 2 BE BOUGHT [money] ON A RICH MAN’S WHIM.”
And before that, Cher attacked the president's "bullshit speeches."
“Why is it When Trump Has to Read One Of His Bullshit Speeches..,” the tweet began. “1.His tongue Swells. 2. His Teeth Get Loose. 3. His Lips Go Numb 4.He Forgets His Nose Spray. 5. He Needs Someone To Hold His Head Up. 6.Needs To Brush Up On English 7.Finish Last Dick & Jane Book.”
