Charlie Kirk calls Biden most corrupt vice-president, Internet says he studied history at 'Trump University'
YouTuber Charlie Kirk, who is also the founder and president of Turning Point USA, a conservative youth activist organization, has called Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden the "most corrupt Vice President". Kirk tweeted on Saturday, September 5, “Joe Biden was the most corrupt Vice President in American history.”

Though it is unclear on what grounds has Kirk specifically targeted Biden of corruption, one thing that can be speculated is that the YouTuber is a Trump supporter. Kirk's YouTube bio states that he is also the Chairman of Students for Trump which aims to activate one million new college voters on campuses in battleground states in the lead up to the 2020 presidential election. His social media reaches over 100 million people per month and as per Axios, he is one of the "top 10 most engaged" Twitter handles in the world. The YouTuber is also the host of 'The Charlie Kirk Show' which regularly ranks among the top news shows on Apple podcast charts.
Further his organization, Turning Point USA founded in 2012, says it aims to identify, educate, train and organize students to endorse the values of freedom, free markets, and limited government. In the past, Kirk proceeded to depict universities as "treacherous terrain" for conservatives, calling them "installations of indoctrination" that teach young students "to hate our country” as quoted in USA Today. His rise to GOP stardom hit after the 2016 elections when his organization Turning Point became a well-funded outfit making him influential. Further, Kirk met Donald Trump Jr at the GOP convention in 2016 and glued himself to the president's eldest son as per USA Today. The site further notes that now Kirk enjoys access at the highest levels of the White House.
No sooner than Kirk dropped his disdainful comments on Biden, people started to unravel how there are more corrupt leaders like Aaron Burr, John Breckinridge, Spiro Agnew and Dick Cheney who were accused of offenses like bribery, treason, profiteering and more in America's history. Agnew was the 39th vice-president of the United States from 1969 until his resignation in 1973. In 1973, Agnew was investigated by the United States Attorney for the District of Maryland for offenses like criminal conspiracy, bribery, extortion and tax fraud. As per the New York Times, the inquiry took an unexpected turn when an engineer, Lester Matz, admitted that he had been paying Agnew kickbacks in exchange for contracts for years. Internet reminded Kirk that he needs to take a history class to know corrupt leaders better.
A user wrote, “If you had bothered to go to college you would have learned about these guys named Spiro Agnew and Dick Cheney. But then again, you’ve never let the facts get in the way of your a priori biases.”

Another concurred, “The ghost of Spiro Agnew reminds us that Charlie Kirk dropped out of community college presumably before he was required to take an American History class.”

Some believe he has excelled in supporting POTUS. “Charlie Kirk majored in history at Trump University so he’s never heard of Spiro Agnew.”

People also brought up how many corrupt and immoral politicians killed one another in the past, a fact they believe is ignored by Kirk. They mention how the third vice-president of US, Burr, fatally shot his long-time political rival, Alexander Hamilton, who was a leading Federalist and the chief architect of America’s political economy. Others brought up how Breckinridge too who was the vice-president in 1857 but was expelled by the Senate after he joined the Confederate Army as a brigadier which was considered an enemy of Americans in the Civil War. He was convicted of treason in 1861.
“Why do people like Charlie Kirk insist on showing off their ignorance of American history? Aaron Burr killed Alexander Hamilton, Elbridge Gerry inspired the word gerrymandering, John C Calhoun did his damndest to keep slavery intact, Nixon, Agnew... Biden: one of the good guys,” a user wrote.

Another tweeted. “Aaron Burr killed Alexander Hamilton in a duel, he was later charged with treason for a plot that included invading Mexico. John Breckinridge of Kentucky joined the CSA. His fellow Kentuckians charged him with treason. Spiro Agnew pled guilty to bribery charges.”

Some users also brought up Cheney too who was 46th vice-president. Cheney was a supporter of invading Iraq, alleging that the Saddam Hussein regime possessed a weapons of mass destruction program. However, he was flogged for the Bush Administration's policies regarding the campaign against terrorism, and for his support of wiretapping by the National Security Agency (NSA) and of torture. The Internet alleges that Kirk might not know Cheney’s history whom they allege of profiteering from the Iraq war. “Dick Cheney’s Halliburton war profiteering happened when Charlie Kirk was in elementary school.”

Charlie Kirk knows nothing about American history.
Spiro Agnew? Tax fraud, perjury, and a lot more.
Dick Cheney? Awarded a no bid contract to his company Halliburton for the Iraq invasion and occupation.
While the Internet was ready to teach Kirk a history class, it cannot be fathomed if Kirk knew about all the “corrupt” men of history and on what pretext he holds Biden corrupt.
