Chance the Rapper sees the 'error of his ways' after Terry Crews’s endorsement, Internet finds it ‘hilarious’

Chance the Rapper may have thought it was the right moment to voice his opinion about the upcoming presidential elections until Terry Crews weighed in to express his opinion about the former’s string of tweets. 

It all started with one of Chance’s tweets, which read, “Ok sprinting down the hill now: I understand the improbability of Ye winning the 46th Presidential seat and I understand that everyone voting for Biden isn’t necessarily doing so enthusiastically. I am for black liberation and do not accept my recent endorsement from Terry Crews.”

Soon after seeing his name being mentioned in the above tweet, Crews took it upon himself to respond to Chance and provide clarity on his statement. Re-sharing Chance’s tweet, Crews wrote, “Never endorsed you bro”. It was rather funny how Chance responded to Crews's tweet, by sharing a GIF of a man running down the escalator, referring to his reaction for Crews's tweet about not endorsing him. 

In the following tweet, Chance wrote, “Ok this is me slowly trying to get down from this hill without falling and dying. Whoever you vote for I hope they abolish the prison system as we know it, honor black reparations and all treaties with Indigenous folk and lastly end homelessness. Whomever that may be God bless em” In the next tweet he added, “When you get to the top of a hill and realize you have to die on it”

Crews went on to share the above tweet by Chance and wrote, “I feel your pain," followed by laughing emoticons. 

Chance didn’t take the conversation any further and the Internet isn’t able to stop laughing about the latest interaction, especially after Chance’s response. One user wrote, “Terry Crews was the limit for Chance. man immediately logged out and threw his phone in the ocean” Another added, "Sprinting down the hill now" looooool honestly don't know what the conversation is about, I'm that ignorant but this was hilarious anyway because I have an idea of what Terry Crews is about .”

And many pointed out that Chance couldn’t come to the realization until Crews actually endorsed him through a tweet. While one wrote, “It took an endorsement from Terry Crews for Chance to see the error of his ways. What ever works.”

Another added, “So a Terry Crews endorsement is what it took for you to see you're aligning yourself with the wrong people?”
